In the beginning of new gen gaming when the PSX was just a little baby trying to walk, a game called Dynasty Warriors was unleashed. This game caused utter hype. The PSX 2 was out and we have Dynasty Warriors 2, still freaking awesome with exhilirating graphics!! but now Koei are getting depressed....Dynasty Warriors 3 was a major Yawn!!! ohhhhh! In dynasty Warriors 4 theres a freakin beat em up!!! BIG DEAL, and it doesn't stop there, there's Dynasty Warriors 4 Xtreme Legends!! WTF!!! nothings changed apart from new characters!!!! Then there's Dynasty Tactics, but come on Koei, you already made a game called Kessen which was a major success along with Kessen 2!! Is there a freaking need to make Dynasty Tactics, it doesn't stop here, no Koei dedcide they want a newer version of the dying Dynasty warriors. So they bring out Samurai Legends..... A seimies twin of Dynasty Warriors if you will. WTF!!!!!!!!! It was completley the same, but now, there are new chinese names popping up along with new storylines......the battlefield is still there, the horses are still there.....GRRRRRRR WTF!!!!! Ok, Koei decide, since we got tons of money, lets make a sequel to Samurai Warriors, and bring out a second version, again this extremly beuatiful girl says WTF!! WTF!!! ARE YOU TRYING TO BORE US TO DEATH!!!!
Disgaea was badass, no arguing there, But Koei as you may now see has brought upon a habit of making repetative games, and now we ave a phantom brave. Kool ost but another twin of disgaea.
Now Koei release La Puchelle, another Disgaea!!! >___<
WHYYYYY!!!!!! KOEI!!! HIRE ME IF YOU NEED NEW IDEAS!!!!!! JUST DONT MAKE OLD ONE'S AND RINSE THEM OUT TO A TOTAL CRISP THAT THEY'RE NEVER HEARD OF AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

What the fuck am I seeing this correctly you think Koei did La pucelle, Disgaea, and Phantom Brave?  ?? Nippon Ichi did those games Nippon Ichi also did the new strategy rpg coming out Phantom Kingdom. Now for the Koei games, Koei did , DW3XL, DW4, and DW4XL. Omega Force did the rest of the DW games 1, 2, 3, Empires, and now 5. Omega Force also did the Samurai Warriros games 1, and XL. Now as for your comparing the Kessen series to the Dynasty series is just wrong. Okay Kessen and Dynasty Tactics ARE DIFFFERENT. Kessen is free roaming and Dynasty Tactics works on a grid there are other differences, but I'm really lazy now I'm losing my patience with since you got so much wrong. If you say that Koei did all Dynasty games that would be like saying that Arc System Work's did all Guilty Gear games. Yes Omega Force and Koei games are repetitive, but there fun that's all that matters to me, but I understand where your coming from.. |

 you picked it with the wrooooooong girl dude **Prays for Yeah** But come on, in animefangirls defense, she does have a point, I mean, Disgaea, Phantom Brave and La Puchelle are all the freakin same, like....... what's new about them apart from the fact that they're step based strategies..... After playing Advanced wars and Advanced wars 2, I thought that omg these are stupendous!!!! After playing Disgaea, I thought omg this is badass, then as I progressed through the game I started to think, ok this is what im gunna do in this game ALL the time. Might as well give it a rest. Phantom Brave comes out, and now im thinknin' ummmmmmm maybe they should at LEAST try something new..... Look at the Tekken sereis, it puts in something new all the time. From tekken 3, there was tekken bowl and tekken force mode which casue utter hype. Maybe PB and La Puchelle could do that if they turn into sequels. Another prime example to this would be Dark Cloud and Dark Cloud 2, twas ubber fantastic- ok Dark Cloud was,, Dark Cloud 2 was MUCH better, UBBER FANTASTIC, but too much dungeons for me to handle man. lol maybe only the dedicated folks can beat that game Coz I was bored. The Georama system owned though!!!

And I haven't actually bought PB, your right in that, but I HAVE bought Dynasty Warriors 2, Rented out DW 3, I own DW 4 and DW4 XL, and that's basiclly what is getting on my nerves about Koei. Minor changes wont exaclty fill the gaming plaeasure of the fans.... Samurai Warriors is the same as DW right? I was tempted to purchase it but thought it might've been a replica of disgaea, what new features does it bring to the playing field. |

They definitely added new characters Sou-Hi (Cao Pi)  Sei-Sai (forgot)  Ryou-Tou (Ling Tong)  Kan-pei (Guan Ping)  Hou-Toku (Pang De)  Samurai Warriors is the same as DW right? Yeah pretty much just with japanese characters. I was tempted to purchase it but thought it might've been a replica of disgaea, what new features does it bring to the playing field. Its actually the other way around even though La Pucelle came out after Disgaea. La Pucelle is Disgaea's predecessor it came out in the correct order in Japan. Go ahead and check ign for further proof. |

Disgaea is cool, but then La Puchelle and Phantom Brave are the same with minor ad ons, you stated you could throw your opponent off the arena, that could've been put into Disgaea, and moreover all the ideas, into disgaea, with multiple storylines, then you'd have an awesome RPG, and from there, Koei could start building upon its RPG rather than making 2 more which are pretty much similar to each other! |

What do you mean? "Koei could start building upon its RPG" Koei did not do any of those strategy RPG's we have been talking about. Nippon Ichi did those RPG's and sure Disgaea is similar to La Pucelle, but Phantom Brave is not similar to Disgaea, nor La Pucelle. Nippon Ichi put in a feature in Phantom Brave that no other Strategy RPG has done and that's being able to throw people off the stage. Not only is that freakin awesome, but that one feature alone is a major uprade since no other strategy has done that. Not only that Phantom Brave movement system no longer works on squares now you move within a circle. Like I mention before now you move within a circle on Phantom Brave. I'm sure they are more features, but I haven't played it enough I will just ask my friend what they added since he played Disgaea and is borrowing Phantom Brave from me. Well I said enough. |
