Can anyone put a song on to MP3 format for me?

I have a song save on to my computer that I'm trying to save onto my PSP. But to put it on my PSP I have to have it in MP3 format. So Is there anyone I can send the file with the song on it too that can put it into MP3 format for me then send it back to me?
It'd really help me out if there is.
