Please out in your thought about the war in Iraq if there good or bad.
My thoughts are: I think that the war in Iraq is a good idea gone bad. It might be a little late for this but I think it needs to be said. I think that it was a good idea to " REMOVE" Saddam from power but I think it should have ben done in the first war. But there have been some bad things that have come along wiht the war, the main one being high gas prices. But it's not just the war doing that. And some people may think that the war was a good idea. And I think it was, BUT I think that it has gone about in the wrong way for the most part. And it's been bad but good at the same time for people in Iraq. But the thing I think everyone should keep in mind is this. That the United States attacked a country that has NEVER attacked the United States. But yes I do think Saddam should hav been removed from "POWER".

Personally this war is being done all wrong.
We went there to get rid of Sadam. Once he was gone, we should have gone. That part of the world is not our problem.
If we really wanted to end terrorism, it's already common knowledge that those damn muslims over there are radical extrememists who're no better than animals. We go in, with guns a blazin' and conquer the place. Once that's done, we set up some order.

In my view, America did what it had to,
ok, they lost people in war, but a wars usually fought to win peace.... USUALLY..
@ Red
I think that America were right for staying because if they WERE gone, the muslim exteremists would've started to go all out and kill the Sunni Muslims , they would've been defenseless, and there would've been no democracy. I beleive they've chosen a primeminister or are in the process of doing so, which is real good as it keeps order in the country.
@ Red
I think going in there and going all out will show the society that we are just as savage as the extremists, so if we DO try to set an order, they'd be scared as hell from us..
I reckon this war was needed becasue Sadaam's regiem needed to come to an end, and now that Iraq has democracy [or is in the process] I think the soldiers should come back

Not to nit-pick, but there are plenty of muslims around who aren't extremists. As for the war... I'm a bit mixed. Saddam wasn't exactly a nice guy, but invading a country with only questionable intel to back you up is a bit iffy. If I remember correctly, one of the big sources of "HE HAS WMD!" info were some of the Iraqi rebels... ie people who were fighting a losing war to get Saddam out of power, and who would've loved to have some American soldiers and tech in place to help take the burden off of thme. But then again, I did read about that on a 'slightly' liberal news network, so its not exactly from an unbiased source, either.

Not to nit-pick, but there are plenty of muslims around who aren't extremists. Not at all. You are right. Too bad that the fact that they've been fighting over there for several thousand years makes me think otherwise.

lol
well at what ZoPharx said,
Bush must've felt very dumb when they found no WMD there! lmao!!
but it was good that they cought Saddam there and then becasue he could've brought some in after the inspectors had left Iraq, when it comes to that man, you don't really know what he did... I mean look at what he did in his past times to his own family!!

Iran was more of a threat to us than Iraq. Iranians hate us like you wouldn't believe, yet we don't do a damn thing about it.

well if we look at it from their side we would probably hate bush as well..
But I seriously do NOT get the point of suicide bombs,
It CLEARLY states in the Q'uran
anywho it said that 'If you are fighting for the truth, your life, your faith, start Jihad [Holy War], but those who waste their bodies and take out their minions will be cast into the fire'
well, it pretty much said that, and 9/11 just shows that they dont care for their race, Muslims were in the twin towers as well, were they not thought of?
They never considered themselves Irani or Iraqi, but American ciitizens, so why did they get killed if they;re the same race...
abit off topic yes, but it needed to be said,
Im not calling muslims terrorists, im only calling the exteremists terrorists becasue it's basiclly what they doing anyway!
